  • Who are we?

    "Like Minds, Like Mine" is a nationwide programme funded by the Ministry of Health to counter stigma and discrimination associated with mental illness. Mind and Body Consultants Ltd is an innovative provider of this programme to the Auckland region, with over 10 years experience in Mental Health. Most of us working for Mind and Body have personal experience of mental illness/mental distress and recovery, and as such are committed to enlightening society’s attitudes about mental illness.
    
    What we're doing

    The Auckland RETHiNK Grant gives away financial grants from a pool of $15k each year to innovative and creative ideas, promotions, projects or events that challenge stereotypes, myths, discriminatory practices or stigmatising attitudes surrounding what is commonly referred to as mental "illness".
